Manal Hessi started her career as a textile engineer and over the past 12 years she has occupied roles spanning multiple functions including R&D, product unit management and procurement.

Manal brings a unique perspective on the industry as she has worked on both sides of the business. She has worked as a sales manager for manufacturing companies in Morocco including Atlantic de Nimes and Crossing, and on the buyer side held the position of senior buyer for Asia for in the French multi-brand Group, Beaumanoir.

Through these experiences, she has acquired the managerial and organisational competencies required to support textile companies on a journey of transformation.
